MarkupRelay beta terms.

Effective 15 October 2026. MarkupRelay is provided by Next Wave Technologies for software development, IT services and trade, Croatia, EU. These terms concern MarkupRelay only; NWave Cloud hosting services have separate terms.

The beta

MarkupRelay helps you capture webpage feedback, export it and share selected sessions with a coding agent through account-based cloud sharing. Free includes three nonempty saved pages at a time per browser installation. Pro removes that page limit for one person on two active computers, subject to browser storage and capture safety limits. Both plans include all exports and agent sharing. Free allows three shared pages per account. Pro cloud storage is limited to 1,000 pages and 100 MB, with up to 8 MB per session and 200 notes per page. Shared sessions expire after 30 days without an update. There is no Teams plan or guaranteed availability/support response-time agreement. Chrome Store and public agent-directory publication remain pending; the current browser release installs manually.

Permission to use

We grant you a non-exclusive permission to install and use the supplied beta for your own personal or business use under your chosen plan. You retain your notes, screenshots and project content. MarkupRelay branding and software remain ours or our licensors’. Do not sell or redistribute the MarkupRelay package as your own product without permission. Included third-party software remains governed by its accompanying licenses, and these terms do not restrict rights those licenses or mandatory law grant you.

Pro subscriptions

Pro costs USD 9 per month or USD 79 per year, billed in advance. Prices include applicable tax; the final tax treatment and total appear in Stripe checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled before renewal. Use Manage billing in your account to cancel; cancellation stops future renewals and retains Pro until the paid period ends. Material price changes will be disclosed before they apply to a later renewal.

Pro requires an email account and internet access for account connection and plan renewal. No Windows companion is required. Signed offline access expires within seven days or at the paid-through date, whichever comes first. If Pro expires, existing notes remain readable, editable and exportable, and agent sharing remains available. Adding another saved page requires staying within Free’s three-page limit or renewing Pro.

For billing errors, withdrawal, refunds or cancellation assistance, email support@nwavecloud.com with your account email and request; do not send card details. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, are preserved. We do not require a waiver of those rights merely to activate Pro. Review EU consumer rights. You can submit a withdrawal request through the signed-in account page using “Withdraw from contract here” and confirm submission. You will receive a dated reference and confirmation email. Support reviews the request and arranges any applicable cancellation/refund. You may also contact us by email. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Your responsibilities

Capture only pages and information you are authorized to access and share. Review notes and screenshots before sharing. Do not use MarkupRelay to bypass access controls, disclose another person’s secrets, infringe rights, distribute harmful code or attack systems. You control which repository an agent uses and remain responsible for reviewing its proposed changes, tests and deployments.

Agents and other services

Codex, Claude Code, browser stores and other third-party products have separate terms, accounts and limits. MarkupRelay is an independent product and does not imply their sponsorship or endorsement. DOM evidence can become stale or ambiguous and does not guarantee the correct source file. Agent output may be incorrect. MarkupRelay does not itself authorize production deployment.

Security, storage and removal

Protect your browser and account, and do not share connection codes or credentials. Revoke unwanted browser and agent connections from your account. Maintain your own exports of important notes. This beta has no automatic update or backup service. See the privacy policy and removal instructions. Stopping sharing cannot remove content already received by an agent.

Availability and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is offered as available without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses to the extent law permits. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer rights. You may stop using and uninstall the beta at any time. We may discontinue future beta distribution.

Law, changes and complaints

Croatian law applies subject to mandatory protections available in your country. Competent courts are determined by applicable law. Send complaints or questions to support@nwavecloud.com. Updated terms will be posted with an effective date; changes introducing payment require a separate purchase decision.
